Across Kentucky – May 24, 2013

A feature report with Paula Lucas who took a home food processing course through UK some 10 years ago so she could sell her baked goods a area farmers markets. After moving forward and completing two other food processing levels, she and her husband have now opened a deli in Fordsville, KY, selling many of their own processed products in that store.
