Feldhaus begins a multi-part series providing a “GMO 101” course to help he general public get a better handle on how genetic modified crops and foods are developed. UK extension entomologist, Ric Bessin, says GMO products are celebrating their 20th anniversary, and while they’ve brought forth some new and improved crop and food developments, they also require careful monitoring by the food production industry.
